Mr. Bratt is a native of Baltimore, Maryland.  He graduated from Calvert Hall College High School, the oldest Christian Brothers High School in the United States.  He received a BA in Anthropology/Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 1995. 

          Mr. Bratt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, serving as an Associate Editor of The Law Forum.  . He is the author of the Baltmore Injury Lawyer Blog which analyzes personal injury accident and product liability cases in and around Baltimore

          Mr. Bratt is admitted to practice law in all Maryland state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. The focus of his practice has been cases in and around Baltimore.

          He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.  In the past, he has lectured on insurance and litigation topics for MTLA and the Maryland Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers.
